What is FEYME Smile?
FEYME Smile is a Swiss brand dedicated to eco-responsible oral hygiene. Our goal is to offer high-quality products that respect the environment and contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle.
What does the name FEYME mean?
FEYME stands for “For Ever Your Mother Earth,” reflecting our commitment to the planet and our desire to provide eco-friendly alternatives to everyday products.
Products and Materials
What materials are your toothbrushes made of?
Our toothbrushes are designed with a strong, lightweight and durable aluminum oxide handle and replaceable bamboo brush heads. Bamboo is a renewable and biodegradable resource, which significantly reduces environmental impact.
Are your brush bristles soft?
Yes, our bristles are soft and high quality. Soft bristles are recommended by dentists for effective cleaning, while protecting tooth enamel and respecting gum sensitivity.
Are bamboo brush heads biodegradable?
Bamboo brush heads are mostly biodegradable, except for nylon bristles which are not yet. We are constantly working on improving our materials to make them even more environmentally friendly.
Do you offer accessories?
Yes, in addition to our toothbrushes, we offer metal holders to hold your brush vertically, as well as bamboo travel cases. We also offer complete packs including handle, replacement heads, base, and case.
How long does the aluminum oxide handle last?
The handle is designed to last a lifetime. The idea is to keep the handle long term and only replace the bamboo heads every 3 months or so.
Order and Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver exclusively to Switzerland.
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery times are 1-2 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays (canton of Vaud).
What are the delivery costs?
Standard delivery costs CHF 3.70 for all orders under CHF 50. Delivery is free for orders over CHF 50.
Do you offer package tracking?
At this time we do not provide a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping ( help@feymesmile.com ). Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major online payment methods (credit cards, debit cards, Twint, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc.). You will see the available options at checkout.
Are payments secure?
Yes, we use secure and encrypted payment platforms that guarantee the confidentiality of your banking information.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving the product to request a refund if the conditions are met. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Opened brush heads or toothbrush packages are not refundable. See Refund Policy
How to initiate a return?
Contact us at help@feymesmile.com or via our contact form. We will guide you through the process.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
How long will it take to get my money back?
Once the product is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Maintenance and Durability
How do I maintain my FEYME Smile toothbrush?
After each use, rinse the brush head with clean water and let it air dry, ideally on the metal base. Clean the handle with a soft cloth if necessary.
How often should I replace the head?
We recommend replacing the brush head every 3 months maximum (less if necessary), as advised by dentists, to ensure optimal oral hygiene.
Why use bamboo?
Bamboo is a renewable, fast-growing resource that requires little water and is pesticide-free, making it a more environmentally friendly material than plastic or wood from deforestation.
Ecological Commitments
How does FEYME Smile contribute to the preservation of the environment?
We significantly reduce plastic waste with our reusable handles and biodegradable bamboo heads. Plus, our packaging is made from recycled kraft paper, which is fully recyclable.
Offers and Promotions
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer free delivery from 50 CHF of purchase. In addition, we regularly offer special offers and advantageous packs - at the moment the ' Starter Pack FEYME Smile ' at -40% compared to the individual products.
Are there any boxes or sets?
Yes, we offer the FEYME Smile Starter Pack including a toothbrush (handle + toothbrush head), the base, three replacement heads and a travel case, all at a preferential rate of -40%.
